Regarding comment #52: do you have a reasonably sized test case? I didn't see
any problems when I ran the C++ testsuite.
I think tree-ssa-operands.c does the right thing:
case CHANGE_DYNAMIC_TYPE_EXPR:
get_expr_operands (stmt, &CHANGE_DYNAMIC_TYPE_LOCATION (expr), opf_use);
return;
But there may well be something I misunderstand.
