[Bug rtl-optimization/31549] New: Documentation for -frtl-abstract-sequences is in the wrong place

In invoke.texi, the description for -frtl-abstract-sequences is located between
-frounding-math and -fsignaling-nans. It means that the description is located
in a @table specially dedicated to GCC floating-point compliance, while the
option is not related to floating-point arithmetic at all. It should be moved
in another table, perhaps before --param.
