Subject: [Bug target/28896] New: m68k port quietly accepts -fstack-limit-symbol on ColdFire

m68k port quietly accepts -fstack-limit-symbol on ColdFire.

-fstack-limit-symbol causes gcc to output "trapcs".
However, ColdFire does not support any conditional trap.
