[Bug c++/27235] goto crossing P.O.D. initialization

I saw it on Fedora Core 5, which I believe is gcc 4.1, and I saw it on a gcc
which describes itself as:

gcc version 4.0.3 (Debian 4.0.3-1)

So that is two rather different gcc versions. One is x86-64, the other is
32-bit PowerPC. Am I wrong to assume that the latest gcc behaves this way?
