I quite agree, sorry not to have noticed that the bug was marked
invalid.
It's clearly a bug, ought to raise Constraint_Error.
I certainly don't expect fast response on Ada problems but it seems
wrong
to just junk a problem because the maintainers have more pressing
matters
to deal with!
