[Bug c/25161] New: Internal compiler error (segfault) instead of error message

Complete C file :

   int a;
   char buf[(int)&a];


command line :

   gcc-4.0 -c file.c

Error message :

This (Faulty) code gives normal errors with gcc-2.95 and gcc-3.2.3
