I still don't get it. The associated actual argument is indeed an external
procedure, so I don't see how internal procedures not being mentioned in the
first phrase makes a difference. Just to make sure the draft version I'm
looking at matches whatever I'm reading, here's the quote:
"If a dummy argument is a dummy procedure, the associated actual argument shall
be the specific name of an external, module, dummy or intrinsic procedure."
