[Bug middle-end/21117] New: [4.0/4.1 Regression] ICE after error about returning an incomplete type

The following C++ code will ICE:
struct wxString;
struct wxString* wxGetEmptyString();

struct wxString GetHeader()
{
  return *wxGetEmptyString();
}


Note this does not ICE with the C front-end.
