I think this defect is fixed with the patch:

that was checked in back in January of 2005.
Jan, can you confirm that the defect is fixed? It looks OK to me on a small
test case I created but since I don't have a specific included test case to
check I would like you to confirm that this is fixed and the defect can be closed.
