Hello,
$ echo '??-' | gcc -P -E -trigraphs -std=gnu99 -trigraphs -
<stdin>:1:1: warning: trigraph ??- ignored, use -trigraphs to enable
??-
$
That shouldn't happen. Apparently -trigraphs is ignored with -std=gnu99. Weird.
