[Bug java/18068] New: With --enable-checking=rtl, libjava test "pr83 -O3 compilation from bytecode" fails

See summary.  Compared to no options at all, an --enable-checking=rtl
build has a failure for "pr83 -O3 compilation from bytecode"
from libjava/testsuite/libjava.lang/lang.exp.
No other similar "regressions" spotted.
In libjava.log, the error looks like:

pr83.java: In class 'pr83':
pr83.java: In method 'pr83.tryfinally()':
pr83.java:0: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault
