[Bug c++/17159] New: ICE illegally instantiating template ctor on a local enum

Gcc 3.4 crashes compiling the ill-formed program below:

$ cat t.cpp && gcc --version && gcc -c t.cpp
struct S {
    template <class T> S (T) { }
};

int main ()
{
    enum E { e };
    S s (e);
}
