[Bug ada/15846] New: Illegal program not detected, self renames

   type T1 is null record;

   function "=" (left, right : in T1) return boolean
        renames Test_247020."=";  --ERROR: self-rename
end Test_247020;


I expect an error message like this:
test_247020.ads:6:24: self-referencing renaming declaration

But the compiler remains silent.
