They will install if they have been built (you claimed they wouldn't be
installed properly).
They are build if you use make gnatlib-shared instead of make gnatlib
with GCC 3.4 (using make gnatlib-shared has always been, up to GCC 3.4
the only recommended way to get shared libgnat).
They are built automatically if enable-shared is true with GCC 3.5
