Hello Andrew,
I have 64Mb of Ram on this Computer.
I believe that possibly this problem is caused or aggravated by the fact that
my GLIBC is at the 2.1.1 Level.
So what I decided to do is to update GLIBC to 2.2.5.
Then when that is done, I will update GCC from 3.0.4 to 3.3
I have started the GLIBC update and I will post the results back here.
