[Bug target/14620] New: Adding STD_LIB_SPEC and LIB_SPEC to gcc/config/rtems.h

Cleaning up the RTEMS-patch queue ...

The patch in the attachment has been part of the RTEMS gcc-patches being
distributed for *rtems targets by www.rtems.com for quite a while.

It is entirely rtems-specific and should be applied to
gcc-3.3-branch
gcc-3.4-branch
gcc-trunk

There is no pressing need to apply it to gcc-3.4.0, nevertheless a
non-bureaucratic integration of this patch would be appreciated.
