Confirmed, but already fixed in 3.4 and mainline due to the new parser:
g/x> /home/bangerth/bin/gcc-3.4-pre/bin/c++ -c x.cc
x.cc: In constructor `foo::foo()':
x.cc:2: error: expected `(' before '[' token
x.cc:2: error: expected `{' before '[' token
