fixincl segfaults after being built..
I've traced it down to line 207..
the function run_shell returns successfully and returns the string,
"fixincl version 1.1". and the program segfaults when the exit/strcmp is run.
*aside* What exactly is the SEPARATE_FIX_PROC for?
