[Bug c/12122] gcc do not respect stack argument list order

Actually what is happening is the GCC is storing at -O0 not in where the arguments go 
but in a different place so this is a non-bug.  Also at -O3 gcc will inline the code so that is 
why you are seeing the "right" slot.
