[Bug c++/11316] 3.3 ICE with empty constructor

If it worked before, I would check your memory because it is known that gcc can stress 
your memory and I cannot reproduce it on 3.3.1 (20030616) and the mainline 
(20030624).

Can you check your memory to see if it is bad?
