The problem isn't specific to 3.3 as far as I can tell.
This doesn't happen in my builds, so it's impossible to make
further progress without additional information.
The PR doesn't provide any information on where the reported
`#include <varargs.h>' line comes from. We need the original
and fixed stdio.h headers. We also need the fixinc portion of
the build log to see which fixes are applied, the configure
command and more details about the users build environment
(bootstrap compiler, make, sed, ...).
