3.4 irix6.5 bootstrap failure - ICE in expr.c

I haven't been able to bootstrap 3.4 on irix for a while. Currently I see
stage2/xgcc -Bstage2/ -B/l/billingd/tmp/gcc/mips-sgi-irix6.5/bin/ -c -g -O2 -DIN_GCC -W -Wall -Wwrite-strings -Wstrict-prototypes -Wmissing-prototypes -pedantic -Wno-long-long -Werror -fno-common -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I/l/billingd/src/gcc/gcc -I/l/billingd/src/gcc/gcc/. -I/l/billingd/src/gcc/gcc/config -I/l/billingd/src/gcc/gcc/../include /l/billingd/src/gcc/gcc/expr.c -o expr.o
