Yeah. This is an irritating piece of configury problem.
Unfortunately, the libffi interpretation is more normal. This may be best fixed
by putting the libffi version in libstdc++-v3, and moving the ability to build both
debug and normal versions to the powerful top level scripts. Might be done sometime
after multilib generation is moved to the top level. Heh.
