Actually, the testcase is illegal, since it misses the
template<> introducing template specialization
(i.e., template<> struct tento<0> ...). However, the
diagnostic message seems at best misleading...
(on the correct syntax see the NEWS file and many examples
in the new treatise from Vandevoorde and Josuttis)
