Synopsis: Static objects in dynamic library with non-default priority not initialized
Responsible-Changed-From-To: jsm28->jason
Responsible-Changed-By: bangerth
Responsible-Changed-When: Fri Dec 20 09:06:56 2002
Responsible-Changed-Why:
Joseph says that he's not responsible. The initial code
seems to have come from Jason. Jason, is this right? It's
about supporting variable initializer priority in calling
static constructors.
