right.
Maybe, but since it introduces a regression, it's upon you to fix that.
If it doesn't work now it's not really a regression, is it? But I'll try to
look at it. I have no suitable hardware, and there doesn't seem to be a
Sparc simulator, so I'll need a substantial amount of help. I'm going to
take this thread private (unless somebody objects; it's not secret, I'm just
trying to keep the noise level down).
