Synopsis: libjava won't build on Red Hat Linux 6.2/sparc
State-Changed-From-To: analyzed->closed
State-Changed-By: davem
State-Changed-When: Tue Apr 30 21:05:18 2002
State-Changed-Why:
Turns out glibc-2.2.x or higher is required for other
reasons, so I'm closing this, read the following for
details:
http://gcc.gnu.org/install/specific.html#sparc-*-linux*
Even if I fixed the libjava problem, none of the binaries
you compiled would work due to the unaligned relocation
issue which is why glibc-2.2.4 or later is required on
this platform.
