The sequence is
/exd4/billingd/src/gcc/gcc/system.h:# include <sys/param.h>
/usr/include/sys/param.h:#include <sys/signal.h>
/usr/include/sys/signal.h:#include <sys/ucontext.h>
Leave with this me for a few hours. I can track down when it broke using a
search through CVS. It will take a couple of hours of CPU time, but very
little of mine.
