Web script for submitting gcc-3.x bug reports is BROKEN!
I laboriously filled out reports twice, only to have it report when I
pressed the SUBMIT button:

>> ...
The original form has
Submitter-Id: net
I then resorted to using the gccbug program on another system, but
that approach is flawed too, since it fills in values appropriate to
that system, instead of the one for which I was trying to report an
internal compiler error during the bootstrap (on GNU/Linux on DEC
Alpha).
