What I desperately miss are MIME-compliant attachments sent out from GNATS.
Neither with Mutt nor with Eudora I can easily view the attachments,
because they are not detected as such. This certainly lowers the number of
bug reports I seriously take a look at.
Here at work I use the perl MIME-tools package to send out generated
MIME-compliant emails without problems for years, so it is an easy thing to do.
