Ach, I found some files that weren't being updated due to the cvs server
being down. Let's assume the problem was there (by now surely somebody
else would have found anything you might have missed) while I rebuild...
While I was looking over the GLIBCPP_ENABLE_SJLJ_EXCEPTIONS macro, I
noticed that there's no way to default to anything if the detection fails.
Are there no assumptions that we can make at that point? Or is that a
"can't happen" case in the real world?
