Nope.  That's check-c++, in the top-level directory, that runs
check-g++ in the gcc sub-directory, that runs $(RUNTEST) --tool g++.
Afterwards, check-c++ does indeed run check-target-libstdc++, but I'm
concerned with check-g++.
