I have no objection to deprecating these extensions; I'm not aware of
anyone who actually uses them. But the recent support for
default-initializing PODs in a new expression uses some of the same code,
so be careful.
BTW, I read gcc-bugs only sporadically, so please CC me on discussions
where my input is desired.
