Hi gcc Team,
I am running solaris 7 on a sparc station.
I have configured the current egcs CVS HEAD branch with
./configure --enable-version-specific-runtime-libs
Then a
make bootstrap
fails with the following error Message:
[ ... ]
libstdc++.exp ..linked
libstdc++.tests ..working in
tests.exp ..linked
printnow.c ..linked
loading cache ../config.cache
configure: error: can not find install-sh or install.sh in .. ./..
gmake[1]: *** [configure-target-libstdc++-v3] Error 1
gmake[1]: Leaving directory `/tmp/egcs'
gmake: *** [bootstrap] Error 2
I hope this will help you to fix this bootstrap failure.
Thank You in advance ...
regards
Mathias Froehlich
