I don't think the problems are random. On the otherhand as more languages
and features get added to gcc, it is getting harder and harder to test all
the combination and permutations: OS, 32/64 bit, assembler variant, etc.
I think it is reasonable to define test configurations for each release
and these configurations should be recommended to users.
