I'd rather leave that to people who actually know the current policy. ;-)

How about snapshot tarballs? Tarballs diffs?
[I would have hoped at least the tarballs are like releases, but apparently they are not.
No idea whether that is intentional or just a missing feature of the generating script.]
How about the other tools like autoconf?
I am looking forward to the answers on the web site some day. ;-)
