As long as they are shipping source to their customers under the GPL, they
are complying with the license of GCC.  Damjan, if you are a customer and
have gotten the source, could you please send it to <gnu@gnu.org>?  We have
been considering the possibility of collecting non-FSF GCC ports and putting
them up for FTP somewhere.
