That would require me to be an experienced unix programmer, and to know the 
GCC code forwards and backwards, and for me to have time to do that, when 
I'm swamped administering all of my company's unix servers. I know C, but 
not to the level of detail needed for this.  Pretty much my only hope is to 
defer to the experts here and hope it gets fixed in a future version.

I know each project is seperate, but I know bash compiles perfectly under 
5.0.  It may help to converse with some others who have already walked this 
road.

I'll send the exact errors in a few days.  Thanks for your assistance :)
