In yesterdays CVS source, the following ICE occurs during make bootstrap:
stage1/xgcc -Bstage1/ -B/usr/local/hppa1.1-hp-hpux10.20/bin/ -c -DIN_GCC -W -Wall -Wtraditional -O3 -W -Wall -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I../../gcc -I../../gcc/config -I../../gcc/../include obstack.c
obstack.c: In function `_obstack_begin':
obstack.c:594: Internal compiler error in `split_all_insns', at recog.c:2665
