Hi there,
I've got a problem with configuring gcc-2.95.2.
When I type "configure" it gives me the following output:
creating cache ./config.cache
checking LIBRARY_PATH variable... contains current directory
configure: error:
*** LIBRARY_PATH shouldn't contain the current directory when
*** building gcc. Please change the environment variable
*** and run configure again.
Offcourse this is only the end of the output, there is aprox. 15 pages of output before this, but that doesn't report any errors, just this one.
I'm running Slackware Linux
with Kernel 2.2.12 gcc version: 2.7.2.3
I REALLY want to install this new gcc because I've got to upgrade glibc
I hope you can shed some light on this problem for me.
Regards,
Richard Harreman
