2.95.2 -fsyntax-only internal compiler error on struct declaration via nested typedefs

I reported that    gcc -fsyntax-only    gets an internal compiler
error on a certain structure declaration.  I also said

Alas,   g++ -c    gets exactly the same internal compiler error.
