There are no plans to backport hpux11 support to the gcc-2.95 series of
compilers. The only changes to the gcc-2.95.x series of compiler will be
bugfixes for serious problems -- no new features, no new ports, no new
optimizations, etc.
So you'll need to continue using snapshots until the next major release.
