Thanks on all three compiler error reports :-) I'm now syncing a local
copy with CVS daily to test various other problems that we've encountered.
I've also mentioned to Richard that emacs20 miscompiles on Alphas running
Linux (all dists that I can find). egcs-1.0.3a compiles it fine, but
egcs-1.1.x and gcc-2.95 prerelease will produce a binary, but it's hosed
somehow. Unfortunately, I have not had the time to investigate it further
(nor the expertise in emacs20 really...I'm one of the ancient programmers
that still actually likes vi for most tasks).
