There was never actually a problem. If there had been, presumably
somebody would have been responsible enough to file a proper bug
report.
(I'll try to never make the mistake again of installing somebody
else's supposed "fix" without either understanding it thoroughly myself,
or having a *real* good bug report to explain it.)
