in gcc.c, which is the part that implements specs parsing...
Duplicating the comments to info is probably a bad idea (unless someone
volunteers to synch them), but a pointer could be added to tell people
to look for specs in gcc.c... I don't expect anyone to need the specs
format unless they actually have the compiler source. Do you ? :)
