stdc++ is missing terminate_handler functions

 Note: This egcs bug was originally reported via the Debian GNU/Linux
	bug-tracking system.  Please CC 30475-forwarded@bugs.debian.org
	on any follow-up so Debian's logs stay current. Thank you!

Package: libstdc++2.9-dev
Version: 2.91.60

It would appear that libstdc++ doesn't have the terminate_handler
functions for unhandled exceptions, most notably "set_terminate". It
used to exist, probably in 2.8.

For more information about these functions, see the following web page.

                http://www.dinkumware.com/htm_cpl/exceptio.html

Thanks!

                                          Brian

    That which we persist in doing becomes easier. It's not that the nature
      of the thing has changed but rather our ability at it has increased.
