The distribution makers probably have changed this already so the
clueless people get the change once they update. Those who do it
themself know how to patch a file. No problem either.
I certainly don't want to see fixinclude running. It's not necesary
in future and therefore only wastes peoples time. It's a completely
different situation for commercial Unixes where we don't have
influence on the next release.
