gcc/gcc.cps is broken

I tried make gcc.dvi this morning and got some errors which resulted from
a broken gcc.cps file in the cvs archive:

The first line is clearly broken. I suggest to remove gcc.cps and
also cpp.cps since those are AFAIK generated files.
