Unfortunately, your testcase is not self-contained, no nobody can actually
look into the problem.  We need the cpp output before we can even
start to debug this problem.

Compile your testcase with "-save-temps", that will generate a .ii file
which is the cpp output.  Given that file we might be able to help you.
