You might try rs6000-motorola-lynxos.  You should ask your vendor
(lynx) to work with the EGCS community and ensure that egcs supports
their platform.  If they won't, you gotta wonder why...

To answer your next question, you'll need to use --with-libs= and
--with-headers=...
